Terms of Service

By accessing or using OTMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.

OTMarket is an online marketplace that allows players of private Open Tibia servers to list, discover, and trade virtual items, characters, gold, runes, and services. OTMarket provides the platform infrastructure but is not a party to transactions between users.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, build artificial reputation, or otherwise abuse the platform
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Listings must accurately describe the item, character, or service being offered
• You must own or have the right to sell what you are listing
• Prices must be set in good faith — deceptive pricing is not permitted
• Duplicate listings for the same item are not allowed
• Listings must not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading content
• Sold or unavailable items must be removed or marked as sold promptly

• All transactions must be conducted through OTMarket's built-in transaction system
• Bypassing the platform to avoid its protections or dispute resolution system is prohibited
• OTMarket does not process payments directly. Payment arrangements are made between buyers and sellers
• Both parties are expected to act in good faith and respond to open transactions in a timely manner
• OTMarket may intervene in disputed transactions at its discretion

The following are strictly prohibited on OTMarket:

• Scamming, defrauding, or attempting to deceive other users
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Manipulating the review system, including farming reviews between accounts
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to abuse the platform
• Impersonating other users or OTMarket staff
• Listing items that are obtained through illegal means
• Sharing another user's private information without consent

Reviews are intended to reflect genuine trading experiences. Manipulating the review system — including but not limited to leaving fake reviews, trading between connected accounts to build reputation, or coercing users to leave positive reviews — is a violation of these terms and may result in account action.

OTMarket reserves the right to remove listings, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Decisions may be appealed by contacting our support team. OTMarket is not liable for any loss resulting from account termination due to a violation of these terms.

OTMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of users, or the outcome of any transaction. Use of the platform is at your own risk. OTMarket is not responsible for losses arising from scams, failed transactions, or disputes between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTMarket and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, currency, or account access.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of OTMarket after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
